Primate Conservation Awareness Posters

The following posters were designed for the Bioko Biodiversity Protection Program (BBPP) in consultation with other BBPP and UNGE (La Universidad Nacional de Guinea Ecuatorial) staff with a grant from the International Primate Protection League. Backlit versions of the posters are currently on display at BBPP's research station, and additional posters were distributed with support from ExxonMobil in an effort to raise local awareness about Bioko Island's primate species and to discourage the hunting and consumption of primate bushmeat. The bushmeat trade is currently the only major threat to Bioko's seven unique and endangered primate species.
